General Terms
To ensure a seamless, relaxing, and professional experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our salon and spa policies. These guidelines help us maintain our high standard of service and respect the time of both our clients and our dedicated therapists.
The management and staff of Jiwu Salon and Spa are not liable for the loss of or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises. Rights of admission are strictly reserved.
Arrival Times and Lateness
To get the most out of your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to unwind and complete any necessary preparation before your session begins.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly if our schedules are fully booked. We must honour the appointments of the guests scheduled immediately after your allotted time. Please note that the full treatment price will still be billed, even if your session is shortened due to a late arrival.
High Season Bookings
During our peak holiday seasons, we require all treatments to be settled in full at the time of making your booking. This upfront payment secures your appointment slot and streamlines the end of your experience during our busiest periods. Avoiding the reception queue after a deeply relaxing treatment ensures your peace of mind remains completely undisturbed.
Cancellations, Postponements and Refunds
Jiwu Salon and Spa sends an SMS confirmation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In return, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment to another day. Because we maintain an extensive cancellation waiting list during peak seasons, this notice period allows us to offer the slot to another guest.
If the full 24-hour notice is provided, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule without penalty. We kindly ask for a full 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking. Regrettably, cancellations made without this notice will result in the forfeiture of your treatment payment, as we will be unable to offer the sanctuary time to another guest. Upon request, approved EFT refunds will be processed once you have provided confirmation of your bank details to us via email.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to share the experience of ultimate relaxation, and they can be purchased online at any time. All gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Please note that our vouchers are linked directly to a monetary value rather than to specific treatments. In the event of a price menu adjustment, the voucher recipient will simply need to pay the difference in value at the time of their appointment.
