Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment appointment.  If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly, if the schedules are fully booked, as we need to honour the treatments booked after your allotted time.  Please note that should you be late and treatment time is reduced due to time constraints, you will still be billed for the full treatment price.

High Season Policy:

In season, please settle your treatment when you make your booking.  This will secure your treatment and, more importantly, will streamline the end of your treatment experience at our busiest time…the peace of mind of not standing in line, waiting to pay after a relaxing treatment is priceless!

Jiwu Salon and Spa send an SMS confirmation 24 hours before your appointment.  Please note that a 24-hour cancellation notice is required in return.  You will receive a full refund if the full 24-hour notice is given, or you will forfeit the treatment payment.  Should you wish to postpone your treatment to another day, the same 24 hour notice period is required to move your booking to another day.  We have a long cancellation list during season and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required so that we can honour another booking if due notice is given.
